  The Five Mile Beach Volunteer Firemen's Association is proud to announce the results of the Judging of the 122nd Annual New Jersey State Firemen's Relief Association Parade. The parade held in the Wildwood's along New Jersey Avenue lasted over 3  hours. The participants came from several states parading over 175 pieces of apparatus by over 150 individual companies. In addition 8 bands performed on the parade route of over 2 miles. The parade is the conclusion of the two day convention of the New Jersey State Firemen's Relief Association. All prizes were awarded in a ceremony held on Saturday September 18, 1999 at 9:00 pm at the Wildwood Convention Hall.
